Our Jams and Jellies

Our jams and jellies are prepared, processed, and packaged completely by hand using only berries and other fruit grown on our farm.

Our jams and jellies are made using non-GMO, all natural, certified clean, pure cane sugar. To ensure the best fruit flavors, the process uses the whole fruit, so the presence of a few very tiny seeds is possible, but rarely noticeable. Our jellies include the additional ingredient of Sure-Gel premium fruit pectin. 

You will notice that our jellies may be darker or cloudier than "store-bought" jellies. This is the result of our fruit juice being filtered only twice, preserving much of the pulp and natural pectin, unlike most commercially produced jelly, where the fruit juice is ultra-filtered with flavors added back. This helps to maintain the natural flavor of the fruit and make what we believe is a better tasting jelly—we think you will, too!
